Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to avoid delays.

Bring treats, toys and pee pads. The studio does not provide pet supplies. Bring a friend or family member to help look after your pet; familiar faces may help your pet feel more comfortable.
请自备零食、玩具和尿垫，门店不提供宠物用品。建议安排亲友同行照看宠物，熟悉的人可帮助宠物放松。

We will do our best to capture great shots. If your pet is uncooperative or does not look at the camera, the session is non-refundable.
我们会尽力拍摄理想的照片。如宠物不配合或不看镜头，拍摄费用不予退还。

Pet owners are responsible for injuries or damage caused by their pets during the session, including medical costs and equipment repairs.
宠物主人须承担宠物在拍摄期间造成的伤害或损坏责任，包括医疗费用及设备维修费用。

Retouched photos and 4×6 prints follow your selected package. All photos are delivered in JPG format.
精修照片及4×6打印数量以所选套餐为准，照片只提供JPG格式。

Original images may be purchased for CA$10 each, or CA$100 for all originals (approximately 80–100 images).
底片可按CA$10/张购买，或以CA$100购买全部底片（约80–100张）。

Retouched photos are ready in 5–7 business days.
精修交付时间为5–7个工作日。
