Our light makeup techniques are aimed at brightening your skin tone, concealing minor flaws, and creating a smooth and polished look. We prioritize maintaining the authenticity of your facial proportions, ensuring that your ID photo represents you accurately.
It's important to note that our makeup application does not involve the use of false lashes, double eyelid stickers, wig or any techniques that significantly change your facial appearance.
However, we understand that personal preferences may vary, and some individuals may prefer a stronger makeup look for their ID photo. In such cases, we recommend that you do your own makeup to achieve the desired level of intensity.

If the photo is returned, we will arrange a free retake for you as long as you provide us with the corresponding receipt or proof. Most ID application apps or websites have AI review; if the AI review fails, you can proceed to the next step to submit manual review. The reply from the manual review can serve as proof for reprocessing or retake. It's important to note that the failure of the AI review cannot be the reason or proof for a retake.
Please understand that we cannot provide free reshooting in the following cases:
- Exceeding 6 months of use.
- Wearing contacts.
- Requesting excessive retouching.
- Failing AI review and refusing to submit for manual final review.
- Due to limitations on the use of ID photos, we can only guarantee successful use of the photo in one context each time it's taken. For example, if the photo is successfully used for a Canadian passport but is rejected for a Chinese visa, a free retake will no longer be available."
